i am a good golfer who wants to move in the direction of PGA Tour. How do I start that road?

I have loved golf from the begining when I started playing it. I need a little work on the short game, but I can drive the ball about 350 yards consistantly. i would really like to get into golf tour (not PGA right away) but a tour to get me there.
